Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. General Provisions

At LabelGo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet expectations without defects. Therefore, our returns and exchange processes are managed transparently, fairly, and in compliance with all applicable legal regulations.


2. Right of Withdrawal (for Non-Personalized Products)

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of non-personalized (standard) products within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g., via email or contact form) with a clear declaration.

  • After notifying us, the goods must be returned within 14 days at the latest.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, the purchase amount, including delivery charges (if applicable), will be refunded within 14 days, using the original method of payment.


3. Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items (e.g., labels designed with individual names, logos, or colors).
This exemption is in accordance with both Turkish Consumer Law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

However, if there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or wrong item shipped, personalized products may be reproduced or refunded at no extra cost.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives with a production defect, visible damage, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Upon investigation, if the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a free replacement, re-production, or a full refund.

  • Submitting photographs of the issue will help expedite the process.


5. Exchange Policy

Only standard, unused, and unopened products in original condition are eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Return and re-shipment shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized items can only be exchanged if the product is found to be defective or incorrect due to our error.
