DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between customers making purchases through the website www.labelgo.net (hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”) and LabelGo (hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”) under the following terms and conditions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER from the website www.labelgo.net, owned by the SELLER, and includes the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product and Service Information

The type, quantity, model/brand, color, sales price, and payment details of the purchased products are specified in the order confirmation and electronic invoice approved by the BUYER.
For personalized products, a design proof may be shared for approval prior to production.

4. Price and Payment

  • All product prices are displayed on the website and include applicable taxes.

  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, online payment platforms, or bank transfer.

  • The SELLER may use third-party secure payment systems (e.g., Iyzico).

  • The BUYER acknowledges that the payment information provided is accurate.

5. Delivery

  • The products shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the product, ranging from 1 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (for domestic and international orders) are specified during the checkout process.

  • If the BUYER provides an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping the order shall be borne by the BUYER.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. Withdrawal Period:
For non-personalized products, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without providing any justification.

6.2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized according to the BUYER’s request (e.g., name-printed or uniquely designed labels),

  • Products whose return is not suitable for hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened after delivery.

6.3. Withdrawal Notice and Returns:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing (via email or letter) with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return (optional)

  • Return shipping address

6.4. Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, complete, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • The return shipping cost shall be borne by the BUYER when exercising the right of withdrawal.

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

7. Warranty and Return Policy

  • Personalized products can only be returned or reproduced if there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., printing error, incorrect product).

  • The BUYER must report any defects in writing within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • In confirmed cases, the SELLER offers either a replacement or a refund option.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The BUYER’s personal data is protected in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is used solely for order fulfillment, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations, and is not shared with third parties without the BUYER’s consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s place of residence shall be competent.
For commercial transactions, jurisdiction shall lie with the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side).

10. Enforcement

By placing an order through www.labelgo.net, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
This agreement enters into force at the moment the BUYER approves it electronically.
