Information About Woven Label Qualities

At LabelGo, woven labels are produced at different weave densities depending on the design tool and quality option you choose:

• Label Studio offers three quality levels for woven labels:

  • Eco: 52 density – ideal for cost-effective solutions.

  • Standard: 60 density – balanced in quality and price.

  • Premium: 70–80 density – provides high detail and clarity.

• Label Configurator generates woven labels based on graphic complexity and always uses the highest possible density (typically 70 or 80). This ensures excellent sharpness for logos, small text, and complex designs.

Each design is reviewed by our weaving specialists to ensure optimal quality and appearance.

OEKO-TEX® Certified Material Assurance

At LabelGo, we use OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified materials in all our products. This certification guarantees that the threads and dyes used in the production of our labels are free from harmful substances and safe for human contact.

The OEKO-TEX® certification is a globally recognized, independent testing and certification system. Whether our woven labels are used in luxury textiles or garments that come into direct contact with the skin—such as children’s clothing—you can be confident they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
