At LabelGo, woven labels are produced with different weave densities depending on the design tool and quality level you choose. This density directly affects the clarity and detail visible on the label.

Label Studio offers three woven label quality levels:
- Eco: 52 density – ideal for budget-friendly solutions.
- Standard: 60 density – a balanced option between price and detail.
- Premium: 70–80 density – offers maximum clarity and intricate detailing.
Label Configurator labels are woven at the highest possible density (typically 70 or 80), depending on the graphic complexity. This method ensures exceptional sharpness, especially for logos, small text, and detailed patterns.

1. Iron-On Application (No Sewing Required)

For quick, clean, and convenient application, our woven labels are available with an optional iron-on backing. This backing features a heat-activated adhesive that allows you to apply the label using a standard household iron.

How to Apply:

1. Place the label on the desired fabric location.
2. Cover the label with a pressing cloth or baking parchment to protect it.
3. Press firmly with a hot, dry iron (no steam) for 10–15 seconds.
4. Allow the label to cool and set for several minutes.

- Fast and easy – no stitching required
- Professional finish – smooth and flat, with no visible thread
- Strong adhesion – withstands regular washing when properly applied
- Perfect for: Children’s clothing, handmade products, accessories, and DIY projects

Care Tips:

- Wait 24 hours before first wash
- Machine wash cold or warm; avoid high-heat tumble drying
- Optional: For extra durability on high-stress garments, reinforce with a few stitches at the corners

Fabric Suitability:
Best used on heat-resistant fabrics such as cotton, polyester, and blends. Not recommended for delicate, stretchy, or water-resistant materials.

2. Sewing Application

For maximum durability and long-term use, sewing your woven label is a reliable and permanent method. Labels can be sewn by hand or with a sewing machine, depending on your preference and production setup.

Sewing Options:

- Top Stitching – sewn around all edges for a flat, secure attachment
- Loop-Fold or Center-Fold – sewn into seams or garment edges
- End-Fold Labels – stitched on each side, ideal for branding tags
- Flat Labels – stitched fully around the perimeter or at selected points
