Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Provisions
At LabelGo, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We are committed to ensuring that our products meet expectations for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Our return and exchange processes are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act 2015 and relevant international legislation.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Customized Products)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of non-customized products within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
This right applies only to natural persons acting as consumers and does not apply to corporate purchases made for commercial or resale purposes.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- You must communicate your return request clearly and in writing (e.g., via email to info@labelgo.net).
- The product must be returned within 14 days of the return notification, in its original packaging and unused condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the product, if the return conditions are met, the product cost and (if applicable) the original delivery fee will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
3. Customized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products prepared according to customer specifications, such as names, logos, colors, or custom text.
This exception complies with United Kingdom laws (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Reg. 28(1)(b)) and EU directives (2011/83/EU).
However, in cases of:
- Printing errors,
- Production defects,
- Incorrect product shipment,
LabelGo may re-produce, replace, or refund the product.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your products are delivered damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 7 days at: info@labelgo.net.
- Providing photographs documenting the issue will expedite the process.
- Upon review, if the defect is confirmed, customers will be offered free re-production, replacement, or a full refund.
5. Exchange Policy
- Only non-customized products in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition can be exchanged.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchange and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customized products can only be exchanged in cases of errors attributable to LabelGo.
