Terms and Conditions

1. General – Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern all offers, sales, and deliveries of products/services provided by LabelGo to its customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any exceptions or additional agreements must be confirmed in writing.

2. Formation of the Contract

All orders placed via the website, email, or telephone are binding. The contract is formed upon LabelGo’s confirmation of the order through the system or via email. LabelGo reserves the right to reject orders without stating a reason.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are calculated separately and displayed on the payment page. Customers outside the UK are responsible for local taxes and customs charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full using the secure payment methods specified during the order process (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wise, İyzico, credit card, bank transfer). Ownership of the products remains with LabelGo until full payment is received.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page or during the checkout process. LabelGo is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information, customs procedures, or force majeure.

6. Order Confirmation and Artwork Approval

For custom-printed labels, a digital production proof is sent to the customer for approval. Production does not begin until the customer approves the final design. Minor revisions can be requested at this stage. If the order is canceled before production approval, a full refund will be issued.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right of withdrawal for non-customized products within the period specified by applicable local legislation.
This right does not apply to products specifically produced or customized at the customer’s request.
Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must clearly request cancellation via email or contact form.
In the case of a valid cancellation, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within the period specified by local legislation, provided the returned products are in their original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Warranty and Complaints

Damaged or defective products must be reported to LabelGo within 7 days of delivery. If the complaint is deemed valid, the product will be replaced or refunded. Minor variations due to material properties or tolerable deviations in print colors are not considered defects.

9. Intellectual Property and Custom Designs

Customers warrant that any logos, graphics, or text they upload do not infringe on third-party copyright or trademark rights. By uploading designs, customers declare they hold all necessary rights. LabelGo cannot be held liable for potential intellectual property infringements and reserves the right to reject such designs.

10. Promotional Use

LabelGo may use photographs of completed products for portfolio or promotional materials. Customers may opt out of this use by explicitly stating so in writing.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the UK’s data protection legislation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. Customer data is used solely for order processing, account management, and legal obligations. It is not shared with third parties without explicit consent, except with shipping companies or service providers necessary for order fulfillment.

12. Dispute Resolution

Consumers may utilize the relevant consumer rights and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms in their country of residence. LabelGo prefers to resolve issues directly and invites customers to contact us first.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
