Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: [01.07.2025]

1. General – Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern all offers, sales, and deliveries of goods and services by LabelGo to its customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any deviations or additional agreements must be confirmed in writing.

2. Contract Formation

Orders placed via the website, email, or phone are binding. A contract is established upon order confirmation by LabelGo, either through the system or via email. LabelGo reserves the right to reject orders without providing a reason.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are final and stated in EUR (Euro), inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes (if any) are calculated separately and shown at checkout. Customers outside Türkiye are responsible for any local taxes or duties that may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the secure payment methods provided (e.g., iyzico, credit card, bank transfer). LabelGo retains ownership of all goods until full payment is received.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery times are displayed on the product or checkout pages. LabelGo is not liable for delivery delays due to incorrect address information, customs procedures, or force majeure.

6. Order Approval and Graphic Proofing

For custom-printed labels, a digital production draft will be shared for approval. Production will not begin until the customer has approved the final design. Minor revisions can be requested during this stage. The customer may cancel and receive a full refund prior to production approval.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

EU consumers have the right to cancel non-customized orders within 14 days of delivery.

This right does not apply to customized or personalized products created specifically upon customer request.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must contact us via email or through the contact form, clearly stating their intent to cancel the contract.

If the cancellation is valid, a full refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Warranty and Claims

In case of damaged or defective goods, customers must notify LabelGo within 7 days of delivery. Upon valid complaint, LabelGo will offer a replacement or refund. Minor deviations due to material properties or tolerances in print colors are not considered defects.

9. Intellectual Property & Custom Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded logos, graphics, or text do not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks. By uploading designs, customers confirm that they hold all necessary rights. LabelGo is not liable for any intellectual property violations and reserves the right to reject such designs.

10. Promotional Use

LabelGo may use photos of the final printed product as promotional or portfolio material unless the customer explicitly opts out in writing.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy. Customer data is used solely for order processing, account management, and legal compliance. We never share your data without consent, except with shipping carriers or service providers required to fulfill the order.

12. Dispute Resolution (EU Customers)

For EU residents, the European Commission offers an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
However, LabelGo prefers resolving issues directly with customers and encourages contacting us first.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In the event of any disputes arising from the contract, the Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is explicitly excluded.
